At Ottawa Therapy Group

Our group therapy and workshops offer a supportive, community-based way to learn, heal, and grow. Participating in a group allows individuals to recognize that they are not alone in their experiences, while gaining practical tools and fostering meaningful connection in a safe, professionally facilitated environment.

Our psychoeducational groups and workshops are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and relational, designed to help participants build insight, skills, and confidence. Each group balances education, experiential learning, and supportive discussion—creating space for personal reflection and growth.

Groups may focus on areas such as:

  • Emotional regulation and coping skills
  • Mindfulness and self-compassion practices
  • Trauma recovery and resilience
  • Parenting and relationship dynamics
  • Personal development and wellbeing
